Rebrand announcement - Reframe

Written by Admin | Nov 18, 2000 5:56:00 AM

We’re still the same company, but with more space to grow.

Moving on from HSC to Reframe was a huge milestone for us. Since the beginning we’ve set out to change people’s experience of healthcare. And this hasn’t changed. We’re still just as committed, if not, even more committed, to delivering exceptional support to individuals during a time when they need it most.

Why did we rebrand?

We started out as cancer support specialists in London and today we help more than 150,000 employees across the UK. Cancer will always remain close to our hearts, but we’re delighted to make our service more accessible – supporting employees caring for a loved one with a diagnosis and broadening into other illnesses in the near future.

Malcolm Cairns, CEO, said;

“Our new brand creates an identity that explains our radically different approach to healthcare. Reframe transforms how people experience long-term illness by placing the individual at the centre of their care.”

Our  healthcare system is rigid and complex, and despite its best intentions, the NHS cannot provide the personalised approach to care that people need or expect. Our support programmes are tailored to individuals’ needs, empowering them to make decisions and to be in control of their health and care.

So, what’s changed?

You’ll see it’s not just our name that has changed, but our website, our messaging and our focus, to better reflect the way we help people. We’ve also added a new insights section to our website which features bite-sized blogs and resources for employers.

With this rebrand, we set out to remain true to who we are and retain the hands-on elements that our clients rely on. We may have changed our name and how we look, but we still hold the same values we built our business upon.
