This past week has been one of change and uncertainty with COVID-19 continuing to bring anxiety and disruption across the UK.

The workplace is seeing a monumental shift in how our people and business infrastructure adapt to this changing environment and establish new ways of working.

We want to reassure you that at Reframe, while many of us are working from home, we are fully able to deliver our service as usual and continuing to support people with a critical illness. We are experts in delivering our service remotely. Our platform continues to connect people to resources, whilst our Support Team delivers fantastic personalised remote support, reassurance and guidance.

Businesses are under strain and on top of that, people faced with an illness have additional anxieties, questions and concerns which need to be addressed. Now, more than ever, we need to recognise the impact on vulnerable employees.

To help you answer any questions you may have – whether for yourself or an employee – we will be sharing insights on our website to help organisations support vulnerable employees and confidently manage their teams remotely. These resources will cover current issues you are likely to be facing but with a particular focus on those impacted by critical illness, such as:

  • Setting up new operations and having the technology to connect people
  • Adjusting to the new normal
  • Sustaining new ways of working for the future

You can also remind yourself of the most recent general guidelines the government is publishing here.

Please be assured that we will continue to share advice and resources on our website and across social media to ensure you are kept up-to-date as much as possible.

We’d like to take this moment to thank and show our support for the incredible people who make the NHS the service it is and who are working tirelessly to keep us well.

Stay safe and look out for those around you.

On behalf of the Reframe team,

Malcolm
