We’re thrilled to announce that we have made fantastic leaps into securing and driving our growth journey with the appointment of Dan McGraw as our new Chief Commercial Officer.

Whilst the last few months have been indeed been tumultuous with Covid-19s global impact, we have continued making great steps in driving our vision forward and have continued to improve the hyper-personalised care of our clients. This ethos is at the centre of everything we do and that isn’t going to change, and in fact,  it’s just the beginning.

Dan’s hire is the latest addition to our senior team, alongside our previous appointment of Paul Bishop as Chief Information Officer who is working to rapidly accelerate and achieve our technology vision. Reframe is an ambitious health company with disruptive technology and a game-changing approach. We place the individual at the centre of their health journey and personalise everything around them, not only ensuring we’re make a difference to them but also helping to realise our vision to support a holistic healthcare service.

Dan has nearly 20 years’ experience working in healthcare technology and has held positions including General Manager of EMEA Healthcare, Vice President of North American Sales and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. At Reframe, Dan will be responsible for growing the business’ service offering, as well as expanding our client base and entering new markets.

“With Covid’s impact on the way we work, companies will be looking to change the way their benefits support their employees. Individualised health and wellbeing support has never been more in demand. For today’s organisations, a solid healthcare package is a must in attracting and retaining talent, as well as protecting the business from unexpected health events.”

“Covid-19 hasn’t created the demand for personalised healthcare – it’s simply accelerated it. I believe many have attempted to personalise healthcare in the past but Covid-19 has transitioned healthcare from a personalised approach to a hyper-personalised approach. Individualised healthcare has never been more important – the future is exciting.”  Dan McGraw, Chief Commercial Officer.

“Hiring Dan is the next step to accelerating our growth. He brings experience of healthcare systems from all over the world and shares our ambitions to keep the individual at the heart of care. We are certain his expertise will help elevate the Reframe brand into new markets and will be key to our future success.”  Malcolm Cairns, CEO.
