We’re excited to announce our expanded offering. Building upon our experience and success in cancer, we’re driving our pioneering approach forward to help more organisations protect and support their people across a range of health concerns and events.
Over recent months, the healthcare system has become harder for people to access, even with the recent innovative advances in service delivery. COVID-19 has fundamentally accelerated the need for hyper-personalised healthcare to provide the flexible and individualised support people need.
The long-term effects of the pandemic will become increasingly prevalent in the coming months, but delayed diagnostic tests and treatment, heightened anxieties, the impact of lockdown isolation upon mental wellbeing and the inability to physically see a GP are just a few of the ways the health of the workforce has been impacted.
“COVID-19 has indeed been interesting. As it hit, we were in the middle of conducting research into what our customers were looking for in the market and after several years as specialists in cancer, we have taken our learnings and have developed our service to be applicable across other health and wellbeing fields.
For Reframe, COVID-19 was not a new challenge; it was a realisation.
People have always thought that the NHS would always be there, but as we saw with COVID, what happens when they’re no longer able to cope? When the NHS can’t cope and you don’t provide PMI because it’s too expensive, where do your people turn?
Organisations and insurance providers must provide proactive, personal and ongoing support in order to excite, energise and retain their valued people.
We’re reframing the conversation and our expanded offering is just the beginning.” Malcolm Cairns, CEO.
