How can we help?

Cancer support

Worried about a symptom? Been diagnosed or in remission and heading back to work? You don’t have to face it alone.

Cancer care in general tends to focus on treatment. We’re different. We’ll support you more holistically, looking at the impact of cancer on your entire life.

We’ll work at your pace. You can check in anytime, whether you have questions or you just want someone to talk to. We can support you through every stage of your journey. We’ll be a source of hope and a helping hand when you need it.

Our experienced team will help you understand your options and guide you through the NHS and private medical services, ensuring you get the best possible support.

Carer support

Find yourself caring for a loved one? Are you just ‘doing your bit’ to help out or are you juggling responsibilities with work commitments?

Most people looking after a loved one won’t label themselves as a carer. It doesn’t matter what level of support you give, we’ll be here to ease the burden if it’s having an impact on you.

Many of our team are carers themselves, so we understand the physical, practical and emotional strain of providing round-the-clock care. We’re on hand as often as you need, helping to make your situation easier.

While we can help you better understand how to provide care and how to accelerate access to sources of support, our priority is you. We’ll identify the support you need to balance your caring commitments, making them work around you and your life.

What our clients say about us

“Reframe took care of every little detail when it came to supporting me through treatment so that I could focus on my recovery and family. My case manager was such a massive help, like my very own personal assistant who I knew I could call and count on whenever I needed it. It’s amazing that you’ve never met this person in real life, but I’ll never forget the happiness and support that [Jodie] gave me.”

Getting to know you

No matter where you are on your journey, our client navigators are with you from the beginning. They’ll get an understanding of your immediate concerns and identify initial support and any information you need. An experienced case manager will then be at your side, on hand to answer your questions and point you in the
right direction.

arrange specialist support
Specialist care

We can take care of the practical things – no matter how small – chasing medical records, arranging travel for appointments, and finding help around the home. Our cancer nurse specialists take care of the clinical side. They’ll prepare you for what to expect from treatment and how to manage side effects, and discuss fertility plans and second opinions.
