Her goal is to educate employers on effectively supporting those dealing with cancer in the workplace and ensuring that employees receive the necessary support throughout their cancer journey.

She was drawn to Reframe by the team's shared passion and the positive impact their work has on individuals during such challenging times in their lives.

With over two decades of experience, Kate has successfully led marketing and commercial teams in a variety of industries, including renowned customer-centric brands like Fitness First and Virgin Media.

Her core strengths lie in comprehending customer needs, cultivating customer-centric brands, and empowering and motivating high-performing teams.

In her spare time Kate enjoys beach walks with her dog and daughter, running, and fine wine tasting.
