About me
I worked in an oncology unit for 8 years, working closely with the consultant, running the breast and prostate clinic and covering the pancreatic and bowel clinic.
I’m passionate about helping people. Every day, I review the patients’ needs that I support - listening to the patient, getting to know them, and explaining the support available to them. I strive to ease any worries, offer a listening ear, check in on them regularly, and help them with tips/tools for side effects or signposting to helpful resources.
It’s important to me to treat all patients with care, kindness and offer as much support as they need or want through their journey. I do my best to help everyone have the best opportunities to access treatment, recovery, hope, and have good quality of life.
In my spare time, I love to run/walk with Dorothy, my mini Schnauzer, every morning. I enjoy spending time with family, watching true crime documentaries.
