Karen has run various healthcare operations over many years including working in the dental and pharmacy sector.

She has always been passionate about delivering great results through her people and as an accredited coach is proud to be able to support her team in growing and personally developing throughout their careers.

Karen supported a loved one through cancer many years ago and is passionate about helping Reframe grow to help as many people as possible through their cancer journey – it’s not just about the diagnosis and treatment – it’s about supporting people in every aspect of their life to come out the other side of cancer.

In her free time Karen likes to keep fit and will running the Venice marathon in October this year.
