Join a team that’s redefining what support through cancer looks like

At Reframe, we exist to change how people experience cancer, from diagnosis and treatment to recovery and return to work.

As a CQC-regulated organisation, we’re committed to delivering the highest standards of clinical and emotional care across everything we do.

Our clinical and support teams make that mission possible. Every day, our Cancer Nurse Specialists and Cancer Support Managers guide people through some of the most difficult moments of their lives with compassion, expertise and humanity.

We believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people - those who listen deeply, act with empathy, and are driven by a genuine desire to make a difference.

Our culture

Our values – proactive, compassionate and empowering – shape everything we do. We collaborate closely, share ideas freely and care deeply about each other and the people we support.

At Reframe, we look after our team just as we look after our patients. We foster flexibility, growth and kindness in our workplace, because when our people thrive, the quality of care we deliver thrives too.

By joining us, you will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, initiatives and help drive growth to support as many people as possible through cancer.

Life at Reframe

At Reframe, we’re committed to building a workplace where everyone feels represented, valued and supported to reach their potential. We know that our people are at their best when they feel heard, respected and empowered - and that’s what drives our approach to culture, diversity and development.

We recognise the emotional and professional demands of clinical work, and the importance of having space to reflect and feel supported.

At Reframe, you have access to regular clinical supervision sessions that provide a safe, confidential space to reflect on your work, discuss challenges, and ensure best practice. Supervision is an integral part of how we support wellbeing, professional growth, and high-quality, compassionate care.

These sessions help ensure you feel supported, grounded, and confident in your clinical decision-making, while maintaining safe and reflective practice.

At Reframe, you have access to ongoing learning and development opportunities designed to help you grow with confidence.

We encourage continuous learning at every stage of your career and create space for professional development alongside your day-to-day work, not as an afterthought.

We believe connection is key to wellbeing - even when working remotely.

Our monthly all-hands meetings, held during work hours, bring everyone together to have some fun, with quizzes and light-hearted activities that help us stay connected as a team.

We also celebrate individual achievements through our Employee of the Month recognition, shining a light on colleagues who go above and beyond in living our values and supporting others.

We also have a Wellbeing Group that anyone can join to help shape our wellbeing initiatives and keep wellbeing on the agenda company-wide.

At Reframe, equality in the workplace is just a part of what we do and how we interact.

That’s why, whatever your age, gender, disability status, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity or family circumstances, we make it our business to make sure you’re treated with fairness and respect.

We’re dedicated to offering flexible working that supports all of our colleagues and really investing in finding and developing new and diverse talent.

If you would rather speak to us in person about diversity at Reframe or regarding the recruitment process, please email the team at info@refame.co.uk with your contact details and we’ll call you back.

We’re always listening to our team. Every three months, we run our employee engagement survey to understand how people feel across Reframe. The insights we gather shape how we improve, celebrate success and continue making Reframe a great place to work.

We know life extends beyond work.

Our family-friendly approach supports colleagues through every stage of life - from flexible working arrangements to parental and carer support. We want our people to feel confident balancing their personal and professional commitments.
