Brenda

In her role as Head of Clinical Strategy at Reframe, Brenda focuses on supporting the clinical team and working with the COO on guiding the business strategy from a clinical perspective. 

Brenda has 19 years of experience in both NHS and private healthcare. She trained at Kingston University, earning her DipHE in Adult Nursing, a BAc Hons in Sexual Health, and qualifications as a Menopause Nurse, Fertility Nurse Specialist, and Sexual and Reproductive Health Nurse.

Brenda wanted to become a nurse after helping her family care for her grandmother, who became paraplegic. This experience ignited her passion for nursing, driving her wish to train and be able to support many more people.

Throughout her career, Brenda has supported cancer patients. Witnessing close family members struggle with cancer motivated her to provide additional support to those going through similar experiences. She chose Reframe because of its holistic approach to care, which focuses not just on the patient but also on their loved ones and entire support network.

Brenda aspires to help Reframe lead the way in providing holistic, personalised, and accessible cancer care that empowers patients, their loved ones, and the organisations that support them.

In her spare time, Brenda enjoys reading a good book, watching sports (football and F1), walking (20k steps a day), and spending time with her family—especially her daughter, nephew, and niece.
