His career has spanned complex and high-pressure environments in healthcare. As a clinical surgeon in humanitarian, disaster and conflict zones, he led teams through moments of extraordinary pressure, delivering care when it mattered most. Later, as Medical Director to the Cabinet Office Covid‑19 Pandemic PPE Taskforce, he played a key leadership role during one of the most challenging periods in modern healthcare.

At Reframe, he is driven by a bold ambition: to help the organisation become a true pioneer in technology‑, information‑ and data‑driven cancer care. His focus is on creating meaningful impact - improving experiences and outcomes for patients, carers, employers, insurers, providers and the NHS. He is a passionate advocate for making compassionate, expert cancer guidance accessible and dependable at the most vulnerable points in people’s lives and is committed to demonstrating its effectiveness through robust outcome data.
