I really enjoy speaking to the clients, I get to help people when they need it the most and don’t know who to turn to. 

At Reframe, I get to be an advocate for our clients and work on their behalf to get the best outcome. I regularly chase appointments and referrals and think outside the box for anything to make things easier – for example in the past for a client I’ve researched oxygen cylinders for FAA approval.  

The most rewarding thing about working for Reframe has to be the lovely feedback we receive from clients, and knowing we are making a difference.  

When I am not helping clients, I enjoy seeing family and friends as well as going for walks and the gym to stay active. I also love going on holidays in the sun.
