Learn more about Ruth
I became a nurse because I wanted to help people at their most vulnerable and my career in nursing has always been driven by that strong sense of purpose. I specialised in oncology because it allows me to build long term relationships with patients and families when compassionate and empathetic care can make a real difference. There is also a real sense of hope in cancer care, and the constant advances in treatment make it a truly inspiring speciality to work in.
I joined Reframe to use my clinical expertise in a way that offers people personalised, high‑quality support when they need it most. My goal is to provide clear guidance and reassurance to enable individuals and their families to feel supported, well informed, and empowered.
Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, getting outdoors, and keeping active. When I have time off, I love travelling to Europe.
